What are the benefits of keeping indoor plants?

Only real plants:

  • Are self-regulating air purifiers. They improve the air quality by keeping levels of pollution low
  • Produce fresh, clean oxygen, making the room fresher and more pleasant to be in for longer periods of time
  • Act as a carbon vacuum, removing carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide from the air
  • Reduces a variety of health problems, such as dry throats and coughs
  • Aids wellbeing and productivity of students and staff, reducing fatigue and causing feelings of comfort
  • Plants are a key part of our natural environment, so we feel good when we’re around healthy plants
  • Are highly mobile and can fit into any space, big or small
  • Are beautiful and create a pleasant, attractive environment
