We’re scaling up our work with industry, government, community and landholders to meet the triple threat of climate change, biodiversity loss and ecosystem degradation in our South West.
To meet our business objectives and help drive our new Development Program, South West NRM is seeking a Development Manager to join our growing team. The newly-created position will support the Development Lead in overseeing and delivering all facets of the Development Program.

The Role
This position supports the Development Lead in overseeing and delivering all facets of the Development Program including identifying, writing, submitting and tracking grant applications and commercial proposals, as well as reporting to stakeholders, building and maintaining key internal and external relationships.

We’re seeking a person with:
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Effective research skills;
- Familiarity with Natural Resource Management;
- High level project management skills;
- Advanced ability in using information technology;
- High level organisation skills.
What’s on offer
- This is a full-time role with a 2 year fixed term contract, located in Bunbury.
- A salary range of $105,000 to $115,000 pa pro rata based on relevant experience and qualifications, plus 11.5% superannuation.
